SWAN 57 « FLYER »

The Swan 57 comes from the design board of Sparkman and Stephens and is capable of sustained Ocean passages as well as cruising or racing in a very civilized way. At BLUE SAILING we use « FLYER » to implement the Offshore part of our curriculum, venturing into Biscay or sailing to the British Isles. She is the ideal medium to teach crew management, passage planning, offshore sailing and meteorology.

FLYER is not used to deliver RYA practical courses such as Competent Crew, Day Skipper, Coastal Skipper as the yacht is over 15 meters in length.

Below decks, FLYER has a very spacious saloon, a comprehensive galley equipped for extended passages and forward facing navigation station. The stateroom aft has its own companion's way, a double berth, a single berth and a fully equipped tolet-shower area. Forward of the saloon there's a double guest suite with direct access to a second head. There is another cabin with two berths in the forepeak.
